Partner Premier maintenance, support, warranty and training programs are available for almost ANY Polycom unit.They apply to both Video and Audio products. . .
It doesn't matter when the item was bought . . . or who sold or supplied the unit.
 It can be new or used. We used to offer these services as Gold Seal - via one Polycom authorized distributor . . .

So much more than an Extended Warranty . . . You get - Next Day Replacement; Unlimited Technical Support; Unlimited Training; All Parts and Shipping Expenses; Access to 24-hour Video Test Facility.
 

Who can use the the Partner Premier programs?

The program is available to all Customers with Polycom Video and Audio products (regardless of where or when the unit was purchased). . . The coverage period begins when the agreement is invoiced or at the expiration of the prior maintenance contract..

If the video unit is purchased from another vendor or if the system is older or out of warranty, we still may cover it, as long as the unit can be verified operational. Operational verification is done by testing the unit on line - via videoconferencing Unfortunately, we do not offer maintenance on phones out of warranty. 

 What does the Partner Premier program include? 

To get full use from your conferencing systems, you need great service, support and training.

Training

Good training is important to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the use and features of the system during their important online meetings. Our Partner Premier program provides unlimited training for you and your staff - by using the conferencing system itself for distance learning. This training feature is particularly valuable for organizations with lots of users. You can repeat the training as often as required or as personnel change in your organization. You just call the 800 number and schedule training through the customer support center.

Next-Day Advanced Equipment Replacement

Partner Premier gives your next-day advanced equipment replacement with new product for all Polycom Video and Audio products. (Some shipping differences apply outside North America depending on the country. Replacements are sent ASAP via air - taking 2 days outside North America generally rather that Next-Day). (For non-Polycom units or if maintenance is purchased after 60 days of new product purchase, then you may receive refurbished rather than new equipment replacements). (In contrast to Partner Premier, the manufacturer's warranty requires you to send the defective unit back to the factory for repair - a process that can take up to 12 weeks).

All Shipping Costs

Partner Premier covers over-night shipping for the advanced replacement & ground shipping for return of the defective unit. The shipping label for return can be supplied for your convenience. 

  Technical Support

Partner Premier will help diagnose an equipment or network failure 24x7 (i.e. 7am-7pm Central Time with a call back within 5 minutes after hours).

24-Hour Video Test facility

The video test facility is available 24 hours a day for IP, ISDN and PRI.

Reports

Partner Premier’s database information can be provided in either electronic format or hard copy upon request.  The report includes trouble record by individual system, serial number, ISDN information, etc.

Software Updates and Upgrades

Polycom requires a current maintenance contract in order to get software updates and upgrades. Partner Premier qualifies you to get these important new capabilities and software releases.

Help Desk

A Partner Premier Help Desk support program provides low cost, limited coverage compared to the Partner Premier 1, 3 and 5 year maintenance programs. The coverage term is one year. The limited help desk service is available from 7am to 7 pm Central Time Monday to Friday. Parts and shipping costs are extra.

When can you use the Partner Premier program? 

Whenever the equipment fails and as many times as needed during the agreement term. . . and whenever additional training is needed.

Where do I call when I have a problem?

Simply call Partner Premier technical support toll free and have the serial number available.   (The serial number is located under the unit - it's typically 14 characters long for the Polycom Videoconferencing systems).
