Request for Trial Video Conferencing Demonstration Units: Try-It/Buy-It Program.

Thanks very much for your interest in our trial demonstration units.  These are available for Sony and Polycom videoconferencing products.

The program has a 14 day trial period. The trial period starts the date we ship the equipment to you. A conditional PO with an attached priced quote is required. A UPS or FEDEX account number is needed on the PO to cover shipping costs. The systems are invoiced on shipment and payment is due within 30 days if the items are not returned within the 14 day period. A Gold Seal Service contract is required with all items. This will assist with remote system installation, and initial user orientation and training on the systems. Accessories and peripherals are not available for trials. Available within the USA only. Limited to stock available. Available high speed IP bandwidth is required at each installation site. Subject to management and credit approval.

Yes, we would like to try the Videoconferencing units identified below. If we like them, we have the option to purchase the units. Alternatively, we may get an RMA to return the units in their original unmarked packaging containers. There may be a re-stocking fee  pending inspection of the returned product.
