WebOffice provides instant messaging and presence capabilities that will facilitate seamless integration with Polycom's voice and video conferencing products.

WebOffice software eliminates the high cost of subscription services (such as WebEx, PlaceWare and Raindance).

You can host the system yourself or use your own ISP.

Polycom WebOffice represents the conferencing industry's first truly collaborative communications products.

Polycom WebOffice is easy to install, simple to use and works with firewalls.

Users simply set up their virtual office by creating a unique URL- similar to their eMail address. Anyone can meet in this virtual office environment by entering their 'office URL' into their web browser, and connecting to their 'office' as they would any web site.

$600 MSRP per seat license (US dollars) - Seats are based on users
Minimum package = 5 seats - $3,000 MSRP provides maximum 5 participants in one meeting
Typical meetings average 40-50 people in one meeting…a 50 seat license $29,550 MSRP
