The Polycom VSX 3000 is an all-in-one, integrated system that includes a
high-performance video conferencing codec combined with a built-in camera,
microphone, speakers and 17-inch LCD display that can double as a PC
monitor. The integrated system is ideally suited for desktops, executive
suites, remote offices, doctor’s offices and educational resource rooms. It
comes with standard H.264 video compression for more efficient bandwidth
use, AES encryption, near CD-quality sound with Polycom’s patented Siren 14
Plus wideband audio, and ProMotion video.

SoundStation2W - Polycom's new wireless conference phone |

Polycom SoundStation2W is the first wireless version of the
triangular-shaped SoundStation conference phone - the most widely used phone
in the world. The SoundStation2W reduces clutter on conference room tables
and introduces new levels of flexibility and mobility for a variety of
meeting environments, including spaces where no phone line is available. The
phone’s quick-charging battery offers 12 to 24 hours of talk and 80 to 160
hours of standby time, and provides Polycom’s patented Acoustic Clarity
Technology for up to 150 feet from the base station.

Announcing Polycom®
WebOffice™ |

Polycom has expanded WebOffice to be a full-featured conferencing portal,
designed to provide users with a single interface and environment for all of
their conferencing needs. Each user has their own “office”, which provides
them with an individual URL for their web-based meetings. Upon entering
their WebOffice, a user is presented with WebOffice Manager, which displays
their buddy list and provides simple buttons for either secure instant
messaging, or launching a voice, video or web conference - or any
combination of these elements. All of the controls users need to manage
their data, audio and video conferences are integrated into the WebOffice
window, including the video display.

Polycom® Real-time Closed Captioning |

Polycom Real-time Closed Captioning is a software option allowing all
Polycom iPower™ video collaboration systems to seamlessly receive captions
from a captioning service and display that text in real time for both
point-to-point and multipoint video calls when systems are connected, or in
display mode for standalone use. Another industry-first for Polycom, this
functionality increases participation levels and productivity for the
hearing impaired or those for whom English is a second language, whether in
a classroom setting or a corporate meeting environment.
