CERTIFICATION Update - New Database and Certification Deadline |

Polycom has completed the
infrastructure improvement on the certification program, including the
following:
- Online Training & Testing
- Easier Website Navigation and Registration
- Database Automation
- NSD Certification
- Software Certification
As a result of the deadline for channel partners to
complete their certification requirements for each product line they
intend to continue selling is January 31, 2004.
- Resellers who do not complete all the requirements on a product
line will have their temporary certification removed until all
requirements are completed.
- Additionally, new resellers who apply for certification will not
be granted temporary certification as we have done in the past. New
resellers will have to complete all the certification requirements
on selected product lines before eligibility to purchase is granted.

Suite (effective 12/3/03) and Global Management products (effective
immediately)
- With the establishment of new service product IDs/part numbers,
current IDs AND Installation and Maintenance Bundles (IAP) are
discontinued effective 30 days from November 25, 2003
