Rates: |

Rates per hour for IP desktop
videoconferencing over a T1 line. Upgrades are available to larger
rooms, group video conferencing systems, ISDN
bridging and multi-point conferencing. |

Additional room time should be reserved to allow for any setup and testing
prior to the conference and then any meeting room time required after the
close of the video conference. |

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00
PM. After
hours and weekend usage is also readily available at a nominal increased cost. |

Equipment: |

The base conferencing systems
are IP based with
a 30" TV monitor and cart. The systems can handle point-to-point
IP conferencing directly.
The systems range
from Desktop Systems suitable for use by one or two people at this site,
to Group Systems with Pan, Tilt, Zoom cameras for larger numbers of
people at this site |

Multi-site conferencing is available. You can add as many sites as you need to build a successful
conference, deposition or meeting. |

Calls to and from ISDN locations can be made. This
allows you to conference with older ISDN legacy systems in the US or
overseas. |

An optional laptop is available with video outputs to show
PowerPoint or other PC materials on
local and remote TV monitors
during the conference |

• |
An optional Document Camera
is available that can show 3-D objects, paper
documents or Vu-Graph slides during the conference |

• |
Optional high speed Wireless Internet Access is
available |
|
• |
An optional VCR is available
that can record the videoconference or can play a video during
the conference |

Optional live streaming over the web of the video
conference is available. The videoconference can also can be recorded for

Cancellation Policy: |

24 hours or less - 100% of scheduled charges, excluding
network charges.
25 to 48 hours - 50% of scheduled charges, excluding network charges.
More that 48 hours - $50 scheduling fee.
Cancellation window times exclude any non-business days. |

Test Calls: |

Please schedule a test call between locations at least
24 hours in advance of the conference. |
|

|
|
Support: |
|
|
• |
Telephone & IP video support are available locally and from the support
center in Chicago, during the conference. Onsite support is available
during the conference at $100 per hour. |

|
|
Training: |
|
|
• |
The videoconferencing equipment is easy to use and a technician will be available at the
conference center for instruction on basic operation. |
|
• |
Training in the basic operations or use of advanced features is also
available from the support center in Chicago. Advanced scheduling is
required for training. |
