The weekly rental rate is three times the daily rate.
The monthly rate is double the weekly rate.
Portions of a week will be charged at the daily rate.
Normally you need to plan for installation at least one day before the
conference. You need high speed IP connections with at least 500K speed
upload and download - many SD (Standard Definition) conferences over IP
take place at 384K speeds.
Optional Onsite Installation and
Technical Support is available:
Onsite Installation and Technical Support: $90 per hour.
Travel expenses are additional.
Minimum of 4 hours required for on-site services - depending on location.
The setup time for the equipment ranges
from a few minutes to hours for large rooms with multiple
presentations screens.
FedEx or Overnight Shipping for the
equipment is also available.

Broadband Internet Access:
Most business hotels in the USA have high speed internet access that's
suitable for videoconferencing (e.g. a static IP address with SDSL or fractional T1 bandwidth, good Quality of
Service and firewall settings/capacity for
real-time audio and video - 500K upload and download speed minimum).
Streaming and Bridging Services:

Bridging services are available to interface with ISDN or
for multi-point conferences

Streaming services are available to broadcast your
conference live over the internet

web for later viewing.
