an Assurance Maintenance Services Contract (minimum 1-year)

suite of offerings that provide a core services to enhance the selection,
deployment and ongoing use of LifeSize products with the enterprise and SMB
market place. Assurance Services include:

Helpdesk Assurance -
The LifeSize Helpdesk Assurance Service provides you with direct
phone and video access to LifeSize service and solution
engineers. (individual part numbers are available
on the Lifesize price list)
Customers must have a valid warranty
in effect to purchase LifeSize
Helpdesk Assurance
Helpdesk Assurance services include:
Investment Protection, maintain your warranted products with direct
access to the LifeSize service and solution engineering organization
Phone access to IP and ISDN expertise specific to your LifeSize
equipment when your organization needs a deeper level of expertise
Enhanced response and resolution based on knowledgeable technicians
LifeSize technical representatives including tier 1, 2 and 3 support and
solution engineers
E-mail notification when new software updates become available
Access to current and past software releases under the warranted term of
your product
24/7 access to the LifeSize knowledge base
Monday through Friday tier 3 7 AM to 7 PM Service Center Access
Remote Installation Assurance -
The Remote Installation Assurance Service provides technologist and
end users with installation assistance of LifeSize product
suite within enterprise, educations and small business environments.

Customers must have a valid warranty to purchase LifeSize Remote
Installation Assurance
Remote Installation Assurance includes:
Obtain pre-installation advice for configuration in the customer
environment, including:
Room layout and lighting
Optimal display technologies
Network topology options and configuration
Obtain one time telephone and video installation assistance of LifeSize
products (per line item) from a LifeSize service member including:
LifeSize® Room™
LifeSize® Team™
LifeSize® MCU™ 12\24 port
LifeSize® Gateway™
LifeSize® Gatekeeper™
Receive basic training (1/2 hour) administrative training during
the
installation
Extended Warranty Assurance –
Allows customers to extend the robust standard warranty (software and
hardware) of LifeSize products ensuring
that the customers technology investment is secure. (individual part
numbers are on the LifeSize price list).
The first year of extended Warranty Service is included with the
purchase of new product. One, two and three years of additional service
can be purchased when a existing service contract is in effect.
Extended Warranty Includes:
Standard warranty service
Standard return to factory warranty
Receive e-mail notification when new software updates become available.
Obtain product support for software up to five years after product “end
of life”.
Access both current and previous software releases.
Receive software upgrades for new functionality, standards, and features
as they are available.
Acquire 24/7 access to the LifeSize knowledgebase, including LifeSize
Tech Notes.
Advanced Parts Assurance –
Advanced parts service is an extra cost options
that allows you to receive parts/systems
replacement in advance of returning hardware for
standard warranty repairs. Where available,
LifeSize can distribute next days parts
replacement. (individual part numbers are on
the LifeSize price list).
Customers must have a valid warranty in effect in
order to purchase Advanced Parts Assurance
Advanced Parts Assurance includes :
Next day parts replacement
Shipment to a customer location or designated testing facility
Express shipment cost to the location paid by LifeSize
Saturday delivery (available upon request)
