Classroom/Training Room Configuration
While a simple group videoconferencing room
system will work for distance learning, here's a more complete
classroom layout for you to consider . . .
This configuration has:

2 cameras – so the instructor can show to the
remote site, either the local students or the local instructor.

A display at the back of the room (or at the side of the room) so
the instructor can face the class and still see what’s being shown
to the remote site and the content being discussed (e.g. the
PowerPoint material).

2 screens at the front – so the local students can see the remote
site on one screen, and the content on the other.

Ceiling mics – so local students can be heard (or other
mics/audio system).

Other teaching accessories – e.g. a document camera and/or
whiteboard.
