confirmation that your system is transmitting video and audio.
You will experience delay and noise in the picture. The
artifacts are caused by the looping-server and not
representative of the quality experienced in a normal video
conference.
The test numbers and online
services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week unless
otherwise stated. Please keep the connection as short as
possible. . . but they are often
very busy.
