Warranty, Service & Support
Standard Warranty and Support (SWS) includes hardware
replacement within 20 working days, level 3 telephone and email support
provided by Codian to the reseller/distributor,
plus software updates and upgrades. Level 1 and 2 support
are provided by the reseller/distributor via the Gold Seal support & call
center in Chicago. Advanced Hardware Replacement (AHR) provides next
day hardware replacement. The equipment must also be covered a Standard
Warranty and Support contract. The first years Standard Warranty and Support
is included in the purchase price of the equipment. Advanced Hardware
Replacement and additional years Standard Warranty and Support can be
