Due to difficulties in making deliveries to New York City, our carriers have
imposed a minimum surcharge of $45.00 for transporting product to zip codes 100001 through 10499.
If an un-loading dock is not present at the
destination, there is an additional charge of $85 per shipment for a lift-gate.

product shipments by sea or air to destinations around
the world.
